Do you service my area?
Gizmo Appliance Repair service the entire Brevard County from Sebastian to Mims, beachside and more. We also serve some areas of North Indian River county, and East Orlando. As well, as Lake Nonna and Narcossee areas. When in doubt call us, we can check your zip code for more accurate information.

Do you charge for a service call?
The service charge is waived when you use us to complete the repair. Our service charge ranges from $80.00 to $180.00, depending on your service area and type of appliance. The service charge will be paid at the time of the visit. If you are not going to be present at the location you will be billed before the technician shows up. This is common for property managements, owners, realtors.
During your appointment, our technician will provide you an estimate for the cost of labor and parts, if needed. This service charge will be waived if you approve the estimate and have us repair the appliance.

How Much Does Labor Cost?
Gizmo Appliance Repair labor costs vary depending on the type of repair and appliance needing service. Typical labor rates range from $190-350, but can be as much as $500+ for highly complicated issues. Labor rates are NOT based on the time a technician spends in the home. Operating a service organization involves costs that are unseen by the customer that are vital to perform prompt and efficient service. Examples of these costs are the technician’s ongoing training expense, costly test equipment, office personnel, rent, parts inventory, and much more. You are hiring an entire company for fast and efficient service, rather than the technician alone. That is why we base our labor charges on industry standards for each individual type of repair.

Do we offer discounts?
Yes, we offer 5-10% discount on labor for all retired and active military members. This is close to our heart as our own son is active duty, serving this wonderful Country.

Fast, flexible service is what makes Gizmo Appliance Repair stand out from our competitors. We will send an appliance repair technician to your house as soon as possible to diagnose and fix your appliance.
The “flexible” part of our promise means that our team will work to accommodate your busy schedule, not the other way around. We are available every weekday to help our customers and have some late afternoon appointments available as well.
Do You Offer Any Warranties?
A company’s warranty policies are a good indicator of their values. At Gizmo Appliance Repair, we offer a 90-day warranty on service calls, as well as a 90-day warranty on parts.
Where do you buy your parts, do you have all parts in the van?
We use OEM parts from trusted distributors. We have a large variety of parts in the van, but there are hundreds of different brands and models and we may not have a specific one at the time of the visit. Our main distributors have warehouses in the State of Florida but there are cases where parts come from other states. Our turn around time for a part is one or two days.
